Ecosystems are defined by the network of interactions among organisms and between organisms and their environment.

Organisms
Organisms are individual animal, plant, or single celled life form. AN organism with one cell is a unicellular organism. Organisms with more than one is a multicellular organism. Most unicellular organisms are microscopic and are classified as microorganisms. Humans are multicellular composed of trillions of cells grouped into specialized tissues and organs.
